Dendritic cells are adaptive immune supporters that extend long arms to shield and buff allies—macrophages, B-cells, and other elites. The official overview trailer describes them as scientific backbone cells that heal and protect the front line while you focus on dodging antibodies and beams.

Pre-launch patches reduced dendritic HP twice—from two thousand to fourteen hundred, then to one thousand—and removed mutual heal loops between dendritic pairs. They still demand priority kills before DPSing shielded macrophages or you waste Overcharge on damage-reduced targets.

Helper T-cells now buff B-cells as well as macrophages, stacking with dendritic protection for brutal elite rooms in Liver and Lungs.

Kill Order and Builds

Standard priority on high Antibiotics: dendritic supporter first, helper T-cell attachments second, B-cells third, macrophage wall last. Pierce Secretors and Ruptosome shrapnel cleave through shield lines if adjacency traits boost explosive tags.

Melee builds must dive during dendritic arm wind-down—Tri-Phase third hits finish supporters before they re-shield elites. Pseudopod automation tracks nearest targets but may ignore dendritic priority unless you kite adds into range manually.

Daily seeds with adaptive density modifiers spawn extra dendritic pairs—read attack infusers and daily cards together before leaderboard attempts.
