Pathogenic Chromatophore Lens build：Mitochondria clustering、Overcharge beam uptime、boss phase burst、organ routing。
Build 概要
Chromatophore laser は Amoeba update の Chromatophore Lens Organelle 中心：Overcharge 中 charge→boss vulnerability window で sustained beam 解放。full Secretor 依存なしで ranged artillery と Overcharge mechanic を hybrid。
Bacteria/Spore grid は lens+Mitochondria cluster に適合。Amoeba は long beam line reshape 可能だが trait adjacency 破壊回避に evolution preview 必要。
Core Setup と Progression
Skin：最初 Mitochondria と lens drop まで placeholder Secretor。Intestine shop：lens upgrade 前に2番目 Mitochondria 必須。Stomach 以降：HP 安定中 Overcharge duration 延長 trait が raw damage に勝る。
beam charge wind-up 中 add clear に Trophic Pseudopod 併用。beam channel 間 Lung kiting に Ballistic Flagellum optional。
Boss と Challenge 注意
Heart boss は long channel を punish—phase break のみ beam。Lungs airflow は channel 中断—pseudopod か dodge reposition で add clear 先。
Photosynthesis challenge は lens outright ban 可能性。Hyperplasia timer は full channel greed より短 beam window 有利。
